BEAVERTON, OR  --  Document Command has closed a new round of financing, receiving $3.25 million in convertible debt financing from undisclosed investors.

The company provides a service of receiving postal mail for customers, scanning the envelopes for online viewing and sorting by customers.  The company charges from $12.50 to $49.95 for the service.

Funding proceeds will be used to continue development of the software, which will also allow the company to outsource labor to mail presort companies.
