 Los Gatos, California -- Amalfi Semiconductor has raised $20 million in its fourth round of institutional venture capital investment.
Amalfi is a fabless developer of "high-performance CMOS RF and mixed-signal semiconductors for the cellular industry."
Investors in the round included Battery Ventures, DCM and Globespan Capital Partners.
The company said it would use the financing to expand its operations and accelerate new product development. |
