Boulder, Colorado -- Online networking company Lijit Networks announced that it has raised $7.1 million in its third round of venture capital investment.
The company has developed search technology that spans multiple, disparate networks and enhances the value of search from a user perspective.
Foundry Group led the round, which included Boulder Ventures and High Country Venture. Lijit said it would use the proceeds to launch its search powered ad network and expand its corporate operations.
