 Baltimore, Maryland -- Biopharmaceutical company Cerecor has secured $6.8 million in its Series A-1 round of institutional venture capital financing.
Cerecor is developing "prescription pharmaceuticals whose primary activities in the human brain."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed.
The company said it would use the financing to complete the acquisition and technology transfer of a candidate for the treatment of depression. |
