TEL AVIV, ISRAEL -- Neocleus, Inc. said that it has closed its first institutional round of venture financing, bringing in $5 million in new investment.
Neocleus is developing security management technology that helps users safeguard their online access. They received the financing round after extensive feasibility studies of the technology as well as market studies.
Investors in the round were Battery Ventures and Gemini Israel Funds. They also invested in the company's seed round. Total investment in the company is now $5.7 million.
