Slacker Slinks Into $5 Million Venture Capital

San Diego, California  --  Internet company Slacker has secured $5 million in a new round of venture capital investment, according to a report in VentureWire.

Slacker operates an Internet service that provides personal radio customized for every listener to use at home, in the car or on their mobile handset.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the funding proceeds would be used.
