Austin, Texas  --  Spine diagnostics technology company Ortho Kinematics has received $4.15 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC filing.

Ortho develops medical imaging products for spine diagnostics.

Its flagship product provides a test for spinal instability based on spine motion analysis.

Investors were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 55 investors participated in the offering.

Ortho is still seeking $3.8 million in additional investment, according to the filing.
