Milwaukee, Wisconsin -- Law firm Foley & Lardner announced the launch of a new technology platform for enterprise compliance.
Called Foley Global Risk Solutions, the web-based offering is aimed at helping companies that operate overseas comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
The firm says that even middle market companies have a significant risk for FCPA enforcement actions, since the DOJ and the SEC have stated that enforcement is not only for large companies.
Foley says that the offering is the first of its kind and is an integrated solution that provides a closed loop program to include risk assessments, updated policies and procedures, training for employees, communications and access to Foley's legal advice.
The company developed the offering in conjunction with application developer Neota Logic. |
