DUBLIN, CA -- FrontRange Solutions, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of Germany-based enteo Software, giving the company a strong presence in two major cities in Germany and adding 140 enteo employees to its existing personnel base of 450.
Enteo offers a full suite of IT management solutions, from software distribution and installation to automated hardware and software inventories and remote PC access.
Michael McCloskey, FrontRange's CEO, said that the company may be making another expansion-related acquisition in the next two quarters.
