Sunnyvale-based data management company, announced the acquisition of Topio for
$160 million in cash.
Topio is a privately-help storage software company that helps enterprises
store, recover and protect data regardless of the infrastructure it uses.
Network Appliance said that the acquisition will help it expand its data
