Industries (NYSE: ROP) announced the acquisition of software and sensor
company Dynisco for $243 million.
Dynisco was previously owned by Audax Group and has operations in the US, Germany
and a growing presence in Malaysia.
The company develops software and hardware test, measurement and control
technologies for process industries and has potential growth prospects in the
life science industry.
Roper is a diversified growth company that provides engineered products for
global niche markets.
