PETALUMA, CA -- HydroPoint Data Systems announced that it has raised $19 million in a series C financing. The company makes irrigation system technology that automatically adjusts landscape watering according to local weather conditions and other variables, instead of watering based on a simple pre-set time schedule. RockPort Capital Partners led the round, which included Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, Firelake Strategic Technology Fund, Monitor Ventures, Shea Ventures and Toro Co.
