SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- HR software developer OrangeHRM announced a major upgrade to its open source human resources management suite.
The product, OrangeHRM On Demand, is now available as a Software-as-a-Service in addition to its existing client-based version. The company also claims to have made several major enhancements to the suite to bring it to near-parity with existing HR systems.
The benefit of the On Demand version is that smaller businesses without the resources to install and maintain the system can now pay by the month or year based on the number of company users, a more affordable option.
