The suite helps real estate agents manage their paperwork, obtain electronic signatures and archive completed documents associated with a transaction.
FileWorks claims to use the latest electronic signature technology and exceeds the U.S. ESIGN Act requirements of 2000. The system can also store background images, MLS information and marketing materials. The service costs $29.99 per month.
