Intellipath Secures Final Tranche Of Financing

LUMBERTON, NJ -- IT company Intellipath Corporation said that it has closed its series A round of financing in the amount of $8.5 million.

The company provides automated connectivity solutions to enterprises.  These applications help organizations to simplify their physical layer network by expanding software-based control functions.

Investors in the round were GKM Ventures, L Capital Partners and Blueprint Ventures.  The company will use the proceeds to continue development of its UCS 2900 product line and management software, and for strategic initiatives.
