Tibion Bionic Secures $10 Million VC Funding

   Moffett Field, California  --  Medical device company Tibion Bionic Technologies has secured $10.2 million in new institutional venture capital investment.

Tibion develops bionic devices for people with a loss of muscle function in their extremities.

The round was led by Three Arch Partners and Hambrecht & Quist Capital. 

The company said that the new funding will allow it to accelerate rollout of its new "interchangeable battery version of our wearable gait-rehabilitation robot."
