Clovis Oncology Adds $20 Million Venture Capital

   Boulder, Colorado  --  Biotechnology company Clovis Oncology has secured $20 million in a new round of venture capital debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Clovis says that it is "focused on acquiring, developing and commercializing innovative anticancer agents."

Investors in the new financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. The amount may include convertible notes.
