Able Planet Collects $1 Million VC Funding

Wheat Ridge, Colorado -- Electronics technology company Able Planet has garnered $1 million in venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Able develops technologies that enable people with hearing loss to hear better. In addition, the company has created a variety of noise canceling products for improving sound fidelity.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Able is still seeking an additional $6 million in financing, according to the filing.
