BillMyParents Bags New Venture Capital Investment

   San Diego, California  --  Internet financial services company BillMyParents has landed $5.7 million in new venture capital funding, according to an SEC filing.

BillMyParents operates an online site that helps teenagers manage spending.




Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the proceeds.

BillMyParents is still seeking $4 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
