Time Warner Cable To Upgrade LA And NYC

   New York, NY  --  Time Warner Cable has announced plans to make major upgrades to its service for customers in the Los Angeles and New York City markets.

Internet access speeds will be increased by a range of 1.5x to 6x current speed tier levels.

In addition, TWC will continue to expand free public WiFi in both markets.
