Atlanta, Georgia  --  Security technology company Damballa has announced the launch of the latest version of its service provider security system.

Called Damballa CSP 2.0, the system enables Internet service providers to provide security services to their subscribers, which now average 5.7 devices per household in the US.

The application detects compromised IP addresses, captures malicious queries, integrates with other logging systems and delivers threat intelligence to security teams.

Damballa says that it has also updated interfaces and reporting functionality to make it easier for IT security teams to "understand the health of their subscriber network over time."
