GE Ventures And Stanford Health Care Launch Company

   Menlo Park, California  --  GE Ventures and Stanford Health Care have announced the launch of a new independent company focused on evidence-based digital medicine.

Called Evidation Health, the company will combine health outcomes data with predictive analytics to help identify the most effective patient management strategies and interventions.

Evidation has partnered with The Activity Exchange to utilize its predictive analytics capabilities.

The company said it is focused on creating partnerships while continuing to forge ahead with its collaborations with companies such as Humana, Biogen Idec and Sanofi.

The company also announced that it had raised a Series A financing round in January 2015.
