Accu-Break Nets Venture Capital Debt And Equity

Plantation, Florida  --  Accu-Break Pharmaceuticals has received $1 million in new venture capital equity and debt financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Accu-Break has developed partial dose tablet technologies that help address the individualized dosing needs of patients.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, knows how the company intends to use the proceeds.

Accu-Break is still seeking $500,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
