Cynvenio Biosystems Bags Venture Capital Debt

   Westlake Village, California  --  Biotechnology company Cynvenio Biosystems has landed $1.8 million in venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Cynvenio develops rare cell detection and mutational profiling applications.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use proceeds.

Cynvenio is still seeking $2.2 million in additional financing, according to the filing.
