AdTheorent Nets $4 Million Series A Financing

   New York, New York  --  Mobile advertising technology company AdTheorent has garnered $4 million in its first institutional venture capital funding round.

AdTheorent has created what it calls "the industry's first intelligent Real-Time Bidding-enabled mobile advertising network.

Investors in the round included Verizon Ventures, Omni Capital Group and Mogility Capital.

The company did not say how the funding proceeds would be used.
