Capshare Garners Equity Venture Capital

   Sandy, Utah  --  Software technology company Capshare has received $1.3 million in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Capshare has developed an online platform to help enterprises manage, store and analyze their capitalization table information.

The company aims to move important capitalization table functions away from paper and into the cloud.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

Capshare is still seeking $330,000 in additional equity financing, according to the filing.
