Jama Software Nabs $20 Million VC Round

   Portland, Oregon  --  Software developer Jama Software has raised $20 million in a new round of venture capital investment.

Jama has developed collaboration software that helps to keep teams on track, develop the right product and retain product intellectual property in one secure location.

Investors in the round included Updata Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Trinity Ventures and the Oregon Angel Fund.

Proceeds purposes from the financing were not disclosed by the company.

Jama previously raised its Series B financing round of $13 million in August 2013.
