Vancouver, Canada -- Transportation technology company Foodee has raised $6 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.
Foodee calls itself a "food concierge service that delivers meals from local restaurants to company boardrooms." BDC Venture Capital led the round, which included other undisclosed investors. Andrew Lugsdin was the BDC partner involved on the investment. The company said it would use the proceeds to continue its ongoing expansion into US markets.
