Salesboom Releases CRM Usage Study Report

HALIFAX, NS -- CRM company Salesboom.com announced the results of an internal CRM usage study based on researching the habits of 15,000 participating users.

Among the many conclusions, the report found that formal training significantly increases adoption rate, 36% of users complete more tasks on time when using an automated alert system, and organizations who fully adopted CRM close deals 35% faster on average.

Salesboom says it has over 30,000 users among 3,500 customers located in over 159 countries.
