InfoNow Nets $6 Million First Financing Round

DENVER, CO -- Software developer InfoNow, Inc. said that it has secured $6 million in series A funding from two prominent venture capital firms.

InfoNow sells software that enables enterprises to increase their channel visibility and channel management understanding, whether they sell through distributor networks, dealers, resellers, VARs, retailers, agents or branches.

Sequel Venture Partners and Sevin Rosen Funds co-led the investment round.  The company said it plans to use the proceeds to invest in additional product development and expand its sales and marketing activities.
