HelioVolt Completes Round With Additional $34 Million

AUSTIN, TX -- Solar technology company HelioVolt announced that it has closed its series B round, receiving an additional $34 million to increase the round to $101 million.

HelioVolt has pioneered a technology of manufacturing solar conductivity and applying it as a coating directly onto conventional building materials.

Investors in the second closing of the round were Sequel Venture Partners and Noventi.  The company said it will use the proceeds to accelerate scale-up and global deployment of its technology.
