NORTH HUNTINGDON, PA -- Medical device maker Inspired Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received FDA 510(k) clearance for its portable oxygen device.
The VIAspire Oxygen Portable device is designed to adjust the oxygen flow to the patients breath rate, thus encouraging patients to be more active, potentially helping to keep them in better physical condition.
Inspired also received FDA clearance for its system that converts oxygen to liquid, which is also helpful for certain patients suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
