HistoRx Banks $6 Million Development Funding

NEW HAVEN, CT -- Diagnostic company HistoRx said that it has secured $6 million in series B funding from existing and new venture capital and strategic investors.

HistoRx is developing predictive diagnostic tests that can identify, map and validate biomarkers in tissue samples, and translate the results into applications for the treatment of breast cancer and other conditions.

Past investor Brook Venture Partners led the round, which included Navigator Technology Ventures, Roche Venture Fund, Commons Capital and Maven Capital.
