Wrox Press is the technology imprint publisher of John Wiley & Sons, and they have digitized their most popular Web programming book Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0. 

Near-Time created an online community for developers to access the electronic book and online Wikis and RSS feeds to enable programmers to engage in relevant discussions on topics that interest them.
