ConSentry Networks Nets $21 Million Series D Financing

MILPITAS, CA -- Networking company ConSentry Networks said that it has received $21 million in fourth round financing from a syndicate of venture capital and private equity firms.

ConSentry's offerings utilize programmable silicon solutions that enable their customers to build secure local area networks, with access and threat control features built in.

Teachers' Private Capital led the round, which included Translink Capital, NCD Investors, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, INVESCO Private Capital and DAG Ventures.
