STAMFORD, CT -- Internet company TugLink.com announced the launch of its new online job search and recruitment platform.

The site connects job seekers and employers via a new twist:  job seekers post the kind of job they are qualified for and are seeking, and can choose between a Basic or Premium fee structure.

Employers can register to view the postings and profiles free of charge.  This allows numerous employer stakeholders to view potential hires, rather than siloing that process within the HR department.
