Milestone Venture Partners Adds Ethan Ayer To Team

NEW YORK, NY -- IT-focused venture capital firm Milestone Venture Partners announced the addition of Ethan Ayer to its team of general partners.

Ayer was previously Managing Director at One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan.  He invested over $250 million in IT-enabled service companies, most notably Cybertrust, which was recently acquired by Verizon Business Services.

Milestone is an early-stage venture capital fund with $70 million under management.  The firm invests in greater New York region companies in media, marketing services, healthcare IT and financial services IT industries.
