announced the beta launch of its community-powered marketplace for entertainment enthusiasts.
On the site fans can share their opinions with each other and discover new entertainment to enjoy. Users can purchase content, recommend offerings to their friends and receive commissions and other benefits on their friends' purchases.
Fanista.com was founded by Dan Adler. The company recently announced a financing round by Alticor. The funding amount was not disclosed.
