Kalido Secures $10 Million Fourth Round

BURLINGTON, MA -- Software company Kalido has raised $10 million in series D funding according to a recent report in PE Week.

Kalido is an enterprise software company that provides data warehousing and master data management solutions to Global 2000 companies.  The company's technology originated in a twelve year advanced data-modeling research project at Royal Dutch/Shell.

Investors in the round include Atlas Venture, Balderton Capital and Matrix Partners.  Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
