Clinicient Sees $5 Million Expansion Funding

PORTLAND, OR -- Healthcare software company Clinicient, Inc. said that it has closed $5 million in second round funding from two venture capital firms.

Clinicient makes web-based software that helps clinical outpatient rehabilitation providers improve their operations without the need to have software on-site.

Investors in the round were Village Ventures and Highway 12 Ventures. The company said it will use the proceeds for sales and marketing expansion and continued product development.
