Azaleos Closes Third Round Of Venture Funding

REDMOND, WA -- Software company Azaleos Corporation said that it has closed its series C funding round, receiving $10 million from a syndicate of venture capital firms.

Azaleos provides enterprise-class managed email systems using the Microsoft Exchange system, via virtual or physical on-premises services or appliances.

Investors in the round included Ignition Partners, Second Avenue Partners and Insight Venture Partners.  The company said it will use the proceeds to expand internationally and for sales and marketing related to industry migration to Exchange 2007.
