SAN DIEGO, CA -- Biometric company IDsmart, LLC announced that it will display its technology at the CARTES Smart Card and Digital Security trade show in Paris next week.

The company's technology is a credit card sized card that biometrically authenticates a cardholder by matching their fingerprints to those that were automatically captured, encrypted and stored on the card when it was issued.

The card may be used anywhere to authenticate individuals for access control, financial transactions, computer login or other applications requiring authorization and authentication for access to restricted locations or sensitive data.
