MakeOver Solutions Garners $7 Million Financing Round

NEW YORK, NY -- Online media company MakeOver Solutions, Inc. has received $7 million in new venture capital investment, fueling its expansion and acquisition plans.

MakeOver is a marketing company focused on creating online communities for women users interested in beauty and beauty care content.

Investors in the round were lead investor Village Ventures, Rho Canada and Borealis Ventures.  The company will use the proceeds to acquire Canada-based Approach Infinity Media Corporation, expand the company's market presence and secure strategic partnerships.
