Energy Services Firm Receives $20 Million Jolt

COSTA MESA, CA -- Energy services firm Energy and Power Solutions, Inc. (EPS) said that it has secured $20 million in venture capital financing.

EPS provides enterprises and other organizations with vendor-neutral energy efficiency services, via assessment, implementation, commissioning and ongoing support.

Investors in the round were NGEN Partners and Robeco Group of The Netherlands.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to rapidly expand its business via sales and marketing efforts.
