Ribbit Racks Up $10 Million Second Round

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- Internet telecom company Ribbit has raised $10 million in series B venture capital financing.

Ribbit has developed what it calls a software-based switch that bridges the world of traditional telephony and next generation networks and protocols.

The company is creating a platform and inviting outside developers to write applications via its open Application Programming Interface (API).  No investors were named in the round.
