VisualOn Sees New Financing Round

CAMPBELL, CA -- Software company VisualOn, Inc. has received $2.1 million in venture capital financing according to a report in VentureWire.

VisualOn is focused on providing software applications for the mobile handset market, with the goal of enabling consumers to access rich multimedia content via their existing handsets.

Previous investor AsiaTech Management invested, as well as other investors.  Funding proceeds purposes were not disclosed by the company.
