Biolog Launches Microbial ID System

HAYWARD, CA -- Biotechnology company Biolog, Inc. announced the launch and commercial availability of its third generation microbial identification system.

The new GEN III system is built around a single test panel that can be used to identify more than 1,000 species of gram positive and gram negative bacteria.

Setup of the system takes only one minute.  The system then compares the results against the GEN III's extensive library of known bacteria species to identify the strain.
