MENLO PARK, CA -- Venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson announced the launch of another affiliate fund, this time in Brazil.
Partnering with FIR Capital Partners, the firm has created DFJ FIR Fund II and will contribute $40 million out of the expected total fund size of $100 million. The fund's other investors are expected to be offshore investors.
FIR is a Brazil-based investment banking and private equity firm that focuses on investing in high-growth companies in Brazil and throughout Latin America. |
