EMERYVILLE, CA -- The Service Research & Innovation Initiative - SRII - announced the selection of Lithium Technologies' community solution to power its research efforts.
SRII uses Lithium's software technology to incorporate several interactive solutions to capture both organization and customer-generated content to drive innovation initiatives for technology-based services.
SRII was jointly founded by Oracle, IBM, the Technology Professional Services Association and the Service & Support Professionals Association and is dedicated to fostering advancements in service research.
