AdPerk Network Rewards Consumers For Watching

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- AdPerk launched its advertising network, which rewards consumers who watch online video advertising and view other online content.

Magazines such as Dwell Magazine and Popular Science will provide free issues or discounted annual subscriptions in exchange for consumers viewing their sponsorship advertising.

The company says the new approach is premised on the idea that consumers should receive something for their time and attention.  In effect, it is permission-based advertising, according to the company's CEO, Barry Soicher.
